Lekki Gardens Estate Limited says it remains financially viable and was not indebted to any bank following the recent closure of the company due to the collapse of a five-storey building under construction at Ikate Elegushi in the Lekki area of the state.

Managing Director of the company, Mr.Richard Nyong, said at the weekend that investment in the company by stakeholders was safe and sound, just as he revealed that the company had strengthened its technical team to ensure timely delivery of quality and affordable housing to its esteemed client.

 

According to him, the company embarked on a strategic overhauling of its business, processes and people to enable it deliver a better housing experience to its clients.
